An Extraordinary Day of my life...

It was a new month for me. I'm 43 now and I'm happy.

What I did two days ago, was really interesting and a feat. After having a fabulous haircut by Italian
hairstylist, Joe Galeotti, comes a brand new me. Hey Galz, Joe is really excellent!!

The Day started with an early morning breakfast with Joseph and his mum at Bedok reservoir. It was a great delight as I indulged in my favourtie Soon Kuei.

Hey Everyone, you should try this local delight!!!

Then, I couldn't resist myself to purchase this floral jumpsuit!! And viola, I became the flower Lady!

Yeah!! Came noon time, when I called my new fren, Gen, and I went straight to her shoe shop at Orchard Plaza, to take a look.

Wow!! Amazing shoes indeed!! It was the brand Ricci No, the brand that sponsors for the Beauty Paegent in Singapore.

Indeed, looking at the wide selection of shoes, I jumped into yet another buying impulse.

I bought two pairs of lovely shoes!!

.

The Boss, Gino is indeed a great Man. Looking at him, I could sense his artistic flair and a creative vibe.

Indeed, being in the market for 35 years, Ricci No, has made a clear mark in the shoe industry.

I was elated.

Then came Gen, the daughter of Gino. Gen is a clear Gem to me. Of the same age as my step daughter, Joyi, she strikes to me as the girl next door, chic yet sweet.

She is the girlfren of the brother, Evan Quek, my newly found friends, Victor Quek and Richard Quek. Well, It was such wonderful experience to know them. Just to let you klnow, their GrandDad, Mr. Quek Bak Song, is actually the Chairman of the now defunct Oversea Union Bank.

Victor and Richard are simply lovely! Knowing them now at 43, is the happiest moment of my life!

For me, they reminded me of my late brother Kenny, especially when I ride with them on their bikes...

My heart melted as Victor passed me my birthday present..

Hey gals, aren't they cute??

Came evening, when I had a post birthday dinner celebration with Joseph, Ah Bing, Joyi, Sharon and my mum in law, at Thai Village restaurant at the Stadium.

It was simply a sumptuous dinner as we ordered the following dishes...

To my surprise, I had a small birthday cake!!!

The evening ended on a joyous note!!!

Yeah!!

In the nite, we had a great meeting with Lalo, My Spanish friend, to visit Alemay and Christy Smith at a Restaurant at Claymore Connect.

Wow!! Alemay is indeed a beauty Diva. She simply is the best of the best diva singers in town!!!

Backed up by the band of Shuem Mei, Christy Smith, and a yound Drummer, Alemay's powerful voice thrilled the audience with great selection of soothing jazz tunes.

Hey, all of you should take time to visit this restuarnt at Claymore connect on Thursday, Friday and Saturday!! The food is delcicious!!!

Well, we headed home early, as I was quite tired... So to all of you out there, dun be afraid to reach 40s and remember that life is great after 40!!!

Till then.
God Bless, Jenny, xxx.
